MKTRHUB is open to anyone that feels this space is for them. While the conference is hosted by Black Women Marketers, the conference is not exclusive to Black women. However, the agenda, speakers and intentionality of the conference is designed with Black women as a core focus.
Yes! MKTRHUB is for marketers and professionals in marketing-adjacent industries such as advertising, creative entrepreneurship, communications, and branding.
No, MKTRHUB will not be recorded or live-streamed. However, you can follow along on social media with our official conference hashtag #MKTRHUB2025!
Yes, for groups larger than 8, please reach out to our team via email at events@blackwomenmarketers.com.
Most employers are willing to cover professional development opportunities. We’ve crafted a script to help you talk with your employer about covering your ticket, transportation, lodging and meals for MKTRHUB. View it here.
Our speaking and hosting opportunities are available through our application process. You can apply here. The application closes on November 21, at 12pm EST. No exceptions will be made.

If you miss this deadline, you can always apply to host a monthly workshop for the Black Women Marketers community. Begin the process here.

Due to the nature of conference planning, we’re not able to offer refunds for tickets purchased. However, you can give a ticket to someone else to gift them the opportunity to attend. Tickets can also be transferred to someone else. Please email us the old attendee name and the new attendee name by April 4, 2025 at events@blackwomenmarketers.com.
No exceptions will be made after April 4, 2025.
Instead of letting your ticket go to waste, you should offer it to someone else in your network, job, or to a member of Black Women Marketers. If you’re having trouble giving your ticket to someone, please email us at events@blackwomenmarketers.com.

Let’s be honest–comfort is most important nowadays. Whatever you’d like to wear is up to you, but pictures will be taken so comfortably camera-ready.

Note: The 2-day experience spans multiple sessions and includes a lot of walking between breakout rooms and sessions so comfortable shoes should be prioritized. Any specific events or activities will have dress codes noted and shared well in advance for planning.
