Introducing the 2025 Black Women Marketers Achievement Awards Nominees
Every year, the Black Women Marketers Achievement Awards give us the opportunity to pause and recognize the work, leadership, and impact Black women are making across the marketing industry. This year’s response reminded us exactly why this space matters.
For the 2025 Achievement Awards, we received 226 nominations, resulting in 110 official nominees. This is the largest nominee class in Achievement Awards history and a powerful reflection of the talent, range, and influence within our community.
These nominations came from peers, managers, colleagues, and community members who took the time to speak up and say, “This work deserves to be seen.” Each nomination represents real results, consistent effort, and leadership that often happens behind the scenes. From corporate roles to entrepreneurship, from early career marketers to seasoned leaders, this year’s nominees reflect the full spectrum of what marketing looks like when Black women are shaping it.
The Achievement Awards are not about popularity or hype. They are about recognizing people who are doing the work with intention, integrity, and impact. The volume and quality of nominations we received made one thing clear: Black women marketers are not just participating in the industry, they are building it, improving it, and pushing it forward every day.
Being nominated is an accomplishment in itself. With over two hundred nominations submitted, earning a spot among the 110 nominees means your work stood out in a meaningful way. It means someone saw your contribution and felt compelled to name it, celebrate it, and put it on record.
Below, you’ll find the full list of nominees for the 2025 Black Women Marketers Achievement Awards, organized by category. We encourage you to take your time reading through the names, supporting your peers, and celebrating the collective excellence represented here.
To every nominee: congratulations. Your work matters, and we are proud to recognize you.
