Black Women Marketers 2025 Wrapped

Black Women Marketers 2025 Wrapped: A Year of Impact, Growth, and Community

Every year, we take a moment to look back, not just at what we did, but at what it meant.

2025 was another reminder that community is not built by accident. It’s built through consistency, care and creating space for people to show up as they are.

This year, Black Women Marketers continued our commitment to supporting and recognizing Black women across the marketing industry in meaningful ways.

We celebrated excellence through our 4th Annual Achievement Awards, receiving 226 nominations and narrowing that down to 110 finalists. From that group, 7 marketers were recognized for their leadership, creativity, and impact. These awards weren’t about titles or trends. They were about visibility, validation and honoring the work happening every day.

Our community continued to grow beyond borders. In 2025, Black Women Marketers members represented 18 countries and 37 U.S. states. What started as conversations became connections, and those connections turned into relationships that extended far beyond a screen.

One of the biggest milestones this year was hosting our first in-person marketing conference, MKTRHUB. With over 200 attendees and 25+ speakers, the conference created space for real conversations, practical learning, and honest storytelling. It wasn’t about perfection. It was about presence.

Throughout the year, we also focused on career development and education. From the Your Next Chapter series to professional development workshops and mock interviews, our goal was simple: create spaces where marketers could practice, learn and grow without pressure.

By the end of 2025, we reached more than 121,000 women across the marketing industry and grew our online community to over 1,400 members. But the real impact showed up in the messages, the testimonials, the shared wins, and the quiet moments of support.

Marketing as an industry continues to evolve. Careers shift. Paths change. And through it all, Black Women Marketers remains rooted in community.

Thank you to every member, speaker, nominee, partner, and supporter who made this year what it was. We’re proud of what we built together, and we’re moving into 2026 grounded, connected and ready.
